Duties:

• Maintenance and support of network equipment;
• Carrying out service work on network equipment;
• Participation in projects to implement network solutions;
• Work as a dedicated engineer for a customer;
• Preparation of technical reports.

Professional skills needed:

• Knowledge of the principles of operation of network services and protocols (OSI model, TCP/IP, addressing, routing, vlans, etc.);
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of a LAN and its main components;
• Understanding of the principles of operation, configuration and organization of VPN technologies (Site-to-site VPN, Remote access VPN) and protocols (IPsec, GRE, DMVN, SSL VPN);
• Experience working with network equipment vendors (Cisco, HPE, Aruba);
• Experience with firewalls, including NGFW (ASA, Sophos, Fortinet);
• Skills in working with traffic analyzers (Wireshark, TCPDUMP).

Duties:

• Survey and analysis of the protection status of customers’ IT infrastructure;
• Search and analysis of information security vulnerabilities;
• Participation in projects to implement information security systems;
• Consulting customers on the effective use of information security systems (changing settings of current systems, introducing new systems);
• Information security management, monitoring and investigation of information security incidents;
• Participation in the development of organizational and technical documentation (policies, regulations, instructions, recommendations);
• Participation in consulting services in the field of information security;
• Participation in the development and promotion of new services in the field of information security.

Professional skills needed:

• Higher technical education, preferably in the field of information security or work experience in the field of information security for at least 3 years;
• Broad outlook in the field of IT security;
• Understanding of methods of conducting cyber attacks and scenarios for responding to them, understanding of the principles of building protective measures;
• Knowledge of the principles and technologies of ensuring the security of IT infrastructure and information systems;
• Knowledge in the application of IT infrastructure information security tools and practical experience in working with individual of them;
• Understanding of the corporate IT technology stack (network, virtualization, OS, web, databases);
• Expert knowledge in network security technologies (FIREWALL, VPN, IPS/IDS, etc.).
• Experience with tools for analyzing network traffic;
• English on reading level is required.

• Administration, support and optimization of the current IT infrastructure;
• Administration of Windows Server (2003/2008/2012/latest, AD, DNS, DHСP);
• Finding and resolving problems (incidents) in the company’s IT infrastructure;
• Administration of backup system (Windows Backup, Veeam, and Opensource);
• Administration of virtualization systems (VMware, Proxmox, Opensource);
• Installation and configuration of server equipment HPE, Lenovo, Dell, IBM;
• Negotiating on technical issues with representatives of Customers;
• Carrying out design work on the Customer's side;
• Studying and mastering new IT technologies, products, solutions according to an individual development plan (exams, webinars, seminars, etc.). 

Professional skills needed: 

• Experience of work in technical support (desirable);
• Basic understanding of network technologies;
• Knowledge of the Windows/Linux line at the system administrator level;
• Higher technical education (desirable);
• English language at the level of reading technical documentation;
• Fast learner, analytical mind;
• Good communication skills and experience in communicating with clients (both within the company and external clients), ability to work in a team;
• Ability to achieve goals and work for results;
• Having certificates from the vendor is an advantage;
• Interest in new IT technologies and desire to develop in this area.
