Duties:
- Administration, support and optimization of the current IT infrastructure;
- Administration of Windows Server (2003/2008/2012/latest, AD, DNS, DHСP);
- Finding and resolving problems (incidents) in the company’s IT infrastructure;
- Administration of backup system (Windows Backup, Veeam, and Opensource);
- Administration of virtualization systems (VMware, Proxmox, Opensource);
- Installation and configuration of server equipment HPE, Lenovo, Dell, IBM;
- Negotiating on technical issues with representatives of Customers;
- Carrying out design work on the Customer’s side;
- Studying and mastering new IT technologies, products, solutions according to an individual development plan (exams, webinars, seminars, etc.).
Professional skills needed:
- Experience of work in technical support (desirable);
- Basic understanding of network technologies;
- Knowledge of the Windows/Linux line at the system administrator level;
- Higher technical education (desirable);
- English language at the level of reading technical documentation;
- Fast learner, analytical mind;
- Good communication skills and experience in communicating with clients (both within the company and external clients), ability to work in a team;
- Ability to achieve goals and work for results;
- Having certificates from the vendor is an advantage;
- Interest in new IT technologies and desire to develop in this area.
